Materials Manager
Do you work in a materials department of an plastic injection molder? Are you ready to be the #1 in the department? If so, this opportunity is for you!This non-automotive injection molder is seeking a Materials Manager for their operation. This position would be responsible for the entire Materials function and be a member of the company operating team. This position re ports to the President/Owner of the operation.Basic Responsibilities
Manage all department personnel
Maintain inventories and adjust accordingly
Negotiate pricing and purchase all resin
Maintain a safe workplace and be responsible for all department functions
Basic Qualifications
Degree in business management
Experience in using MRP/ERP programs, IQMS is plus!

years of materials experience - plastic molding (injection, blow, RIM, rotational, etc.)
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to work with people across all levels of the operation
Must have MS Office experience (Word & Excel)
Compensation:
$65,000 - $80,000
Benefits:
Company provides a complete benefit package to their employees, including profit sharing.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
