Human Resources Assistant
Pro Resources Staffing Services is looking for a Human Resources Assistant for a well established company looking to expand their human resources department. This candidate should have a strong background in Human Resource and knowledge of the laws and regulations. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Exploring areas where there is untapped potential for growth
Review applications and resumes, interview candidates based on qualifications and experience
Educate candidates about our clients business goals
Be responsible for all aspects of recruiting of entry level positions
Experience with administering benefits, such as insurance.
Learn the positions and utilize multiple recruiting methods to draw in qualified applicants.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Minimum of 5 years in the Human Resources Role and/or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal/written communication
Experience with recruiting sites, social media sites, and job fair opportunities
Detail oriented and ability to multitask
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
