Univertical LLC is looking for a Quality Manager for our Angola facility.

Summary:
Responsible for the quality corporate system, ensuring the requirements of ISO-9002 are implemented and maintained.
Responsibilities:
Update and maintain the quality system Approve Certificate of Analysis as required Monitor the overall quality system to ensure and promote the quality ideals Conduct internal quality audits to ensure policy compliance Schedule quarterly management review Update and maintain all records as required Review and approve raw material receipts Administer the Non-conforming material system Maintain the Process manager database, perform regular queries of Quarantine Material status, administer the change control system, and determine the root cause of all discrepant materials Document and maintain the FMEA analysis documentation Monitor continuous improvement efforts, statistical process control data and internal audit effectiveness Maintain the Action Item Report Manager database Complete customer audits and quality data requests Work with all departments to complete QMS and customer required tasks REQUIREMENT:
BS in related field and/or 3-5 years equivalent combination of education & experience Thorough understanding of ISO Strong written & verbal communication & presentation skills Experience in Lean Manufacturing Be able to establish quality measures/programs Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office programs & Quality programs Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
